Why can´t I view my invoice?
You may not be able to view your invoice if your pop-up blocker is on. Turn off your pop-up blocker and you should be able to view it. Please note that your confirmation e-mail will have the same information in it. However, if you would prefer, you can send us an e-mail and we can confirm your order. Just make sure that the e-mail address you send us is the same as the one you entered in your order for contact information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

How do you ship my t-shirt (s)?
We only ship through the United States Postal Service. All t-shirts are sent USPS Priority mail.
Domestic shipping for one shirt is $5.95. Each additional shirt will increase the shipping by $1 per shirt.
International shipping, for one shirt, starts at $15.95 for most countries (excluding Mexico and Canada which start at $10.95). Each additional shirt will increase the shipping by $2 per shirt.
There are certain countries that we cannot mail to due to post office restrictions. If your country did not appear during the checkout process, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to it.

How do I track my T-shirt through the mail?
We send all of our t-shirts through USPS Priority Mail. When the t-shirt has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking number. You can then log onto the USPS website to track your shirt.

What types of shirts do you carry?
We searched far and wide for a quality t-shirt that not only stood up to our expectations for normal wear and tear, but a stylish t-shirt as well that appeals to contemporary America.
All of our shirts are made with 100% cotton (which will be organic after November 2007) from Continental Clothing Company USA.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Our shirts are VINTAGE WASHED and DISTRESSED. They MAY RUN SMALLER than other brands and are FORM FITTING, giving a more classic American look and feel. Every shirt is DISTRESSED by hand to make each one unique.

Can I return or exchange a shirt I purchased?
Junkyard Tees does not offer refunds. However, unworn and unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at customerservice@junkyardtees.com and we will send you exchange instructions. You will be responsible for shipping charges to and from Junkyard Tees.

Why can´t I order more than 10 of the same shirt?
If you would like to order more than 10 of the same t-shirt print, shirt size and color, please e-mail us at customerservice@junkyardtees.com for information on bulk orders.

Why are the characters I type not showing up correctly for my order?
Our site uses the Standard West European Character Set. While this character set includes most letters that contain accents or other types of marks it does not recognize some which are commonly used in other parts of the world. If you encounter this problem you can avoid it by typing the letter without its usual accent or other mark. If you continue to experience problems, send us an e-mail at customerservice@junkyardtees.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
